Agenda/Meeting Notes
- Reviewed the spreadsheet by Tom Wildman with the fees breakdown and determined that 50% of the registrations was a fair offer, and still allowed for there to be an assistant at a fixed rate.
- Decided that when we update the website that we would like to highlight the Red Cross training program for the swim lessons Summer 2010 (Greene)
- Tom Pokorney distributed a detailed projection of the portable restroom budget requirements for calendar year 2010.
Actions:
- Schedule meeting for February 8, 2010 (Regan)
- Update website with Swim lesson information including K. Breen resume, qualifications and Red Cross Training outline (Greene)
